Would you like to start or lead an eight week weight control group with your friends using the BodyKey program?

 

1. Use the Invitation below to interest your friends in getting together to discuss this important topic. There is space at the bottom of the invite to write in your name, mobile number, and or an introductory session date & time.

2. Gather a few friends together and use these notes to introduce, and signup 3 or 4 (to keep each group manageable) for each eight week program you run.

3. At the introduction session, use the Body Composition Scale and this chart below to "shock" your friends into realising their need to discard fat and make some changes to their lifestyle.

4. The following manual can be used by the course leader to run the two month's long program.
Getting participants together weekly helps to support them, perhaps unlearn some bad habits, make healthy lifestyle changes, develop new habits and regularly track their progress.

5. The following individual chart is used to enter  progress details, as over two months, participants come together each week to weigh in, chart their progress and support each other towards keeping on track and achieving their desired goals.
